We've gone through non-stick pans forever! They all seem so similar, they work for awhile and eventually they begin to warp, the center of the pan rises up and they NEVER STAY FLAT. Recently, it was time again to search for another non-stick pan.
This time, my wife said to "do some research" and get a good working pan that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I went to Amazon and looked through all of them and found this 12" pan. The reviews were very helpful as most of them were very positive. And the price was reasonable.
Mostly, basing our decision on the good reviews we ordered it. It was promptly delivered and was easily put together. I was a bit hesitant with the wooden handle as I have worked with wood products and thought that it would denigrate or badly soak up oil and food stains.
My wife is the main user of the pan. Right off, she said that it seemed to work perfectly. The bottom of the pan has a designated flat portion, not like other pans that just curve from the bottom to the top. This design totally allows the pan to lay flat on our electric oven surface.
We wanted to wait and use it for a few weeks before thinking about writing this review. This morning my wife said "you better write that review and say that the pan is SUPER OUTSTANDING" and she loves it. She has cooked breakfast with it every morning. Each day I ask her if it still works well and every time she says yes! And the pan stays very FLAT!
I don't know what kind of wood that the handle is made from but it is excellent. It doesn't soften up collecting any debris or does it seem to soak up any oil or food splatters. I figure that it will eventually have to change color but so far it looks just like the day we purchased it.
We highly recommend this pan and its quality. I checked the price today and it has gone up! It would seem the sooner you purchase this pan the better before it gets too high. When we purchased this pan the price was equivalent to the pans that we had purchased in the past. For sure, it is worth twice the price.

Step 1Remove the packing . Clean it with warm water. Coats a thin layer of oil. |
