Honey & sugar, what could be better?

After overindulging I became quite sick. Since stopping eating them, my gut has returned to normal. Wish I’d known there was a safe amount and an unsafe amount to eat. They are a bit like popcorn or chips. You just keep throwing them in your mouth. I could not even say how many I had.
