EDIT: Finding so many uses for these! I made my mac n cheese fancy by adding packet of salmon, some dill, some capers. I even put these little puppies in mashed potatoes! Makes a fun change!

I love capers on salmon or tuna with a bit of dill and a squeeze of lemon. You either like capers or you don't. Distinctive flavor.

A little larger in size than some I have had, but VERY acceptable, and fresh-tasting.

WOULD DEFINITELY get again, especially if the price stays low!

Capers are essential in Italian cooking, great in Chicken Piccata. Try some in Bertolli's Spinach Farfellale along with a dash or 2 of Very dry Sherry. Mix up some cooked Al Dente penne ziti with some good basil pesto,diced dry cured pepperoni, diced hot cappricola, butter, dash of EVOO, capers. Throw it into a bowl and top with some diced up sweet red tomatoes and fresh grated parmesan. I always have a bottle on hand.

The only brand for me. I’ve tried many others but they just don’t taste right. I just wish they came in a larger bottle. And I just wasted my money on a large bottle of a different brand. It had good reviews but didn’t cut it for me. Too salty and not enough pickled taste.

Who have thought tiny nasturtium buds could impart so much flavor! I love smoked salmon and cream cheese and these little flower buds provide the right dash of flavor. We used to go to an Irish pub and though they had many delicious items I always ordered the salmon dish it was so good. Y ou won't be disappointed!
