I love these peppers. When you slice them, the aroma just pours out. I eat them like I eat apples. The color is usually a very bright red. Make sure you get organic. A couple of time I was sent conventional, and they tasted conventional: blah. The last order I received, the peppers had mold in them, which means they weren’t properly stored and transported. I threw them away, but I will wait for Whole Foods to get a new batch before I order these again.
