We use this in the Instant Pot, on the range top, and in the oven. I am sure we could use it for even more.

IP: Use this to put your eggs on to hard boil them.
Stove: obviously steaming of veg
Oven: Could not find the roasting rack and made a small pork roast on this. It might have looked a little funny, but it worked just fine.

Washes up great, whether DW or by hand. Have used multiple times per week for nearly a year. This replaced one lost in the last move -- and this one is much better. The overlapping "leaves" of the steamer fit nicely and do not jam up or come out, and the ring in the center is solid and easy to grip.

Would definitely purchase again.
